Robert Panitzke Selected as Diamond ES Principal
Fort Stewart, GA — Brian Perry, South Carolina/Fort Stewart Community Superintendent, is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Bob Panitzke as Principal of Diamond Elementary. With 25 years of dedicated experience in education, Mr. Panitzke has taught a diverse range of subjects, including reading, Exceptional Student Education (ESE), English, and physical education. His extensive career also includes roles as a school administrator at both middle and high school levels. Panitzke will officially assume his duties on October 21, 2024.
Recently, Mr. Panitzke completed a successful first year as Principal of Joan K. Mendel Elementary School at Yokota Air Base in Japan, marking a significant milestone in his DoDEA career.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education from Tarkio College and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the American College of Education. Additionally, he has achieved Level 2 Principal Certification through the National Institute for School Leadership (NISL) program.
Mr. Panitzke is excited to join the Diamond Elementary team and the Fort Stewart community. He is committed to fostering a supportive team and family atmosphere while providing the highest quality education to the children of our nation’s service members.
